The Process

Choosing solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other gadgets can feel like a huge task. That's where our friendly and experienced consultants come in!

​We'll ask the right questions to figure out the best setup for you—both now and for the future—so you only have to do this once, and do it right!

​Our calls are usually between 10 and 30 minutes, just enough time to make sure we cover everything without missing a beat.

Once you’ve decided on your setup, we’ll do a detailed survey of your home to figure out the best way to install everything. We'll show you exactly how and where the system will go. Then, we’ll set a date for the installation.

Scaffolding usually goes up the day before and stays up for about 7-9 days, just in case we need to make any adjustments. Installation typically takes 1-2 days, depending on the system size.

Our friendly and polite installers will show you how to use the monitoring app, clean up after themselves, and make sure everything is perfect before they leave.

We'll get a detailed quote to you within 24 hours, often by the end of the same day if we can swing it! Our quotes use advanced Solar Design Software and modern satellite imagery, so you know they're spot on.

After installation, we’ll send you a handover pack with your MCS certificate and all the info you need to sign up with your chosen electricity provider to sell any extra electricity you produce (we’re big fans of Octopus Energy!). We'll check in with you afterwards to make sure everything is running smoothly.
